The Vision Resource Center is an online learning and communication platform that offers all California community college employees equitable access to professional development opportunities and supports efforts to fulfill the goals outlined in the Vision for Success. The Vision Resource Center offers: Thousands of learning modules, including content specifically created for the California Community Colleges. Systemwide online communities available to 137,000 professionals, making it the largest collaboration space in the system. Individuals Access a robust catalog of professional development content and events, from both your college/district and the system. Monitor your progress and automatically submit flex requirements through your personal transcript. Advance your career goals while gaining the expertise to drive student success. Colleges/Districts Integrated colleges/districts have access to all systemwide content and resources, as well as the opportunity to add customized content, communities and events that support their specific needs. Colleges/districts can easily track and report flex requirements and compliance training. College-specific communities can provide an alternative to emails or listservs. California Community Colleges Access to consistent information about systemwide programs and initiatives helps scale successful endeavors across the state. The online communities establish a direct communication channel to 137,000 professionals, including those from partner organizations. The Events Calendar assists in the planning and promotion of systemwide professional development events and can be used to manage event registration. This community provides a collaboration space for the 20 participating REACH college teams and other interested professionals. Ensuring Students Stay on the Path to Completion Introduction to Strategic Enrollment Management Strategic enrollment management (SEM) is a holistic approach to addressing enrollment and student success challenges.
